Join our guided tour of a 2,600-square-foot residence under construction at Mary Anne Court, where you’ll witness innovative building practices in action. The highlights include air sealing details, window installation, exterior insulation, heat pump installation, and more – all designed with energy efficiency in mind. Led by Passive House-certified builder Eric Visser, this is a unique opportunity to gain insights into the materials and methods shaping Alaska’s modern homes. This will be the first of four home tours. Note: The construction schedule is variable. Each tour will last approximately 1.5 hours and focus on the stage the home is in at the time of the tour.

COST: $30 per tour  for non-ACAT members / $15 for ACAT members
